Additional articles for 2024 special issue

The special open access issue The Rise of the Well-Being, Happiness, and Fulfillment Driven Organization (Volume 21, Number 3,  April 2024) sponsored by OCTAVE, is the second of three special issues in the “Science of Life and Well-Being: A New Language for Humanity” series. It focuses on well-being, happiness, and fulfillment in a new era of business-led flourishing. The contributions  range from the broadly conceptual to those that offer practical ideas within organizations.

In preparing the call for papers, we  provided the opportunity for contributors to engage in creativity and play as a source of their own fulfillment and happiness. We received art and other non-traditional contributions, including a poem by Nana Yaa A. Gyamfi titled “Rest: A Worker’s Prayer” and a crossword by Scott Boyar, C. Gorman and Eric Ford titled “All’s Wellbeing That Ends Wellbeing? A Crossword Exercise”. Both are available below.
